There are numerous services and programs offered by Locker 27, from One-to-one Personal Training to dynamic group sessions.
For adults we offer a unique style of training with our Hybrid Conditioning Sessions and Speed and Power Sessions. These are scalable and tailored to the individual but they can be tough. Our staff will assess your ability in order to guide the progression of your training.
Additionally, we run weekly Olympic Weightlifting classes organised by British Weightlifting coach Mark Hill and Strongman Sessions run by current Stongman Adam Bishop for an additional fee of £5 for Members (not part of class membership) or £12 for non members.

At Locker 27 we aim to be a centre of excellence when it comes to treatment and rehabilitation of injuries in our athletes and members. We work with two of the best Physiotherapists and Osteopaths in Surrey, Mark Leyland and Andrew Jenner.
If martial arts is more your style then our in house boxing Pro Dan Fernandez can perfect your cross and jab or throw in some Muay Thai kicks with World Champ Sheree Haliday.

Teams and clubs
Further to our services for individuals we welcome inquiries from sports clubs and teams. At Locker 27 we can offer a group of players, intense, fun training sessions specifically geared towards your sport. Help your team succeed and add a Locker 27 sports specific conditioning session to your training schedule.
