Gardening, I’ll just do a little bit!
Now the weather is warming up we all want to get outside and enjoy our gardens. Once we step outside we realise that the garden needs a bit of work. So you start to pull a few weeds, the next thing you know 3 hours have passed and you are still going. Then you try to stand up and realise your back is not overly happy with you! Sound familiar?
I could tell you the usual things about taking breaks, bending knees but no one does that in real life, until something goes wrong!
Below is a video showing a few easy exercises you can do if you struggle to fully straighten your back after prolonged gardening or general work in a flexed position.
