Office stress just hurts!

Spending all day sitting in front of a computer or desk or in your car just hurts. The combination of travel, stress, deadlines and sitting all day are not great for anyone and can lead to back, neck and shoulder pains. The best way to counteract these problems (apart from a lottery win and retirement!) is to get moving as often as possible. This does not mean weight training at work, but taking regular breaks and using a few basic stretches to keep things mobile and prevent pain before it occurs.
